Qualified Gong practitioner with College of Sound Healing Gong bathing is a journey of the senses and the imagination and I find the sounds of the gongs to be incredibly beautiful, powerful and transformative. Participants have the opportunity to unlock aspects of the self. I create a safe space where people can access emotions, thought processes, memories, dreams and goals. Gong bathing has been deeply healing for me. It has been a valuable extension to my somatic movement practice. I have enjoyed combining dance and gong bathing in community and educational settings for many years. People enjoy resting in stillness or moving with the cascading layers of sound. I love to share my practice with all ages and abilities. People can access their stories and journey in many ways with my gongs. It is a sonic and cellular massage for mind, body and soul. |
